Smarter Planet. They’re two words you hear a lot around IBM, especially when it comes to Utility Companies. And although we work with about five different divisions of IBM, our most recent focus has been on the utility industry. We recently completed and wrote a couple of brochures, case studies and a white paper for this industry. The latest is all about transforming the relationship between consumers and utilities to a much more cooperative one. Our involvement began at the concept stage, teleconferencing with the IBM team, interviewing key people to determine message and copy platform, and continued through final design and production. These projects are always interesting because many of the topics and insights from IBM are years ahead of their time. It’s a little like looking into a crystal ball and previewing the future.
